Richard Booth, Chief Executive Officer

Richard Booth came to Siskiyou Community Health Center as Chief Operations Officer in February of 2008. Prior to joining Siskiyou, Richard worked for 6 years as the Executive Director of an Independent Physician Association in Portland, that provided health care to more than 50,000 members in four Northwest counties. Scope of his duties included operational management for more than 115 primary-care pediatric providers, as well as serving as Director of managed care and information technology for 24 primary care pediatric providers and being in charge of operational and personnel management for all technology needs.

Richard is a native of Grants Pass. He attended Oregon State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration. Richard is also a member of the Medical Management Association and the Oregon Medical Group Management Association.

After spending 15 years living in Corvallis and Portland, Richard eventually returned to his home town of Grants Pass in 2007 to be closer to family and friends. His interests include spending time with family, along with golfing and fishing.


Bruce R. McKee, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Bruce McKee came to Siskiyou Community Health Center as Chief Financial Officer in 2006. With over twenty-five years experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Bruce has served a variety of businesses in the financial, tax and business advisory areas. Bruce earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Bruce served as the Chief Financial Officer for a 70 million dollar, 850 employee healthcare company providing home-health and hospice services, and was responsible for the financial department at the corporate office and oversight of eight branches, including financial reporting, cash flow management, strategic planning, and budgeting. His career began with Grant Thornton International, advancing to Senior Manager and overseeing audit quality control, staffing, and engagement administration.


Kristin Miller, MD, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Kristin Miller joined the team at Siskiyou Community Health Center in 1999 as a Family Physician and was recently appointed to Chief Medical Officer in December of 2013. She came to Siskiyou Community Health Center as a National Health Service Corps Scholar with a dedication to medicine and taking care of families, working to fulfill that passion over the last 14 years as a contributing member of the Clinic.

Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Miller completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and French from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, during which she spent a year studying abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France. Dr. Miller received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and completed her Family Practice Residency at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Her interests include pediatrics, women’s health care, family planning and obstetrics. Dr. Miller has received numerous awards, including the Medical Student Association Leadership Award and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine Resident Teacher Award, and is a member of the Mid-Rogue Independent Physicians Association and the American and Oregon Academies of Family Physicians.

While she has resided in Grants Pass longer than any other city, Dr. Miller still considers Wisconsin her home state and admits that her green and gold during football season is more likely support for the Green Bay Packers rather than the Oregon Ducks. Outside of the clinic, she finds joy in spending time with her husband and two children, gardening, knitting, hiking and exploring all of the beautiful outdoor activities that Oregon has to offer.
