Coumadin Clinic

Siskiyou Community Health Center’s Coumadin Clinics are staffed by registered nurses with specific training in anticoagulation monitoring.  INR results are obtained via a finger stick and the results are available in less than 5 minutes.  Patients will be given any necessary changes in their Coumadin dose at the time of their visit.  Each Coumadin clinic visit will take only 15 – 20 minutes.
