Director of Operations

Siskiyou Community Health Center is looking for a Director of Operations. The Director will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing daily operations for Siskiyou Community Health Center’s (SCHC) Grants Pass Medical, Cave Junction Medical, Grants Pass Walk-In Clinic, Dental and School Based Health Centers. The Director manages daily operations ensuring quality of patient care and efficient daily clinic operations.

Summary of Duties and Qualifications:

  • Assists Chief Operating Officer in developing and implementing the clinic’s strategic long and short range plans and its business plan.
  • Directly oversees and supervises clinic managers.
  • Coordinates with managers to ensure compliance with SCHC safety polices, as well as OSHA regulations and training, maintaining policy and procedure manuals.
  • Ensures adherence and follows federal, state and local legal guidelines, rules and regulations.
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree. Core focus in healthcare and/or business administration preferred.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in supervisory capacities with hospitals or other healthcare facilities.
