Siskiyou Community Health Center is looking for a full-time IT Support person to join our team. IT Support maintains and monitors all servers, workstations, laptops, and productivity devices on local area network. Performs a wide variety of maintenance, software installation, end-user support and training tasks to ensure end-user workstations and network performance meet company and user requirements. Provides support to staff on all company-supported applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Troubleshoots computer problems, determines source, and advises on appropriate action. Completes application project-based work. Performs responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures. IT Support will be required to work flexible hours and work after-hours when necessary. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Degree in related field and 3 – 5 years of networking experience, or equivalent applicable work experience preferred. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years help desk experience.
