Jacque Doney, Outreach Director

Jacque Doney joined the Siskiyou Community Health Center (SCHC) team in 1990 as the Outreach Program Director. With the program still in its infancy stages, Jacque was able to visualize and grow the Outreach Program into what it is today. Jacque shares with SCHC her more than 30 years of experience in program development, case management, and training and developing of staff, as well as her experience in writing and administering all aspects of federal and state grants to ensure compliance requirements are met.

Jacque holds a certificate in Office Administration and began her career in 1985 at Rogue Community College (RCC) as the Business and Office Technology Department Lab Coordinator. During her time at RCC, she created curriculum for business programs, evaluated staff competencies, provided performance feedback to administration, provided mentoring and tutoring, and proctored, graded, and recorded results of student testing and homework.

Because continued education has always been important to Jacque, she has attended numerous trainings and carries many certifications pertaining to early child development, crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, and managing staff during difficult times. In her free time, Jacque enjoys yoga, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
